I did not come to MHD in 1995-96 to be entertained or to
get attention. I am getting attention because I am pointing
out why the group has failed in recent years.
The gossip now dominates over information.
Worse is the misinformation by those that must
be on.
Selfish people must have their way. They are
grossly insulted that some old bum does not
follow the line.
This god damn disease will finally kill you because
the research is not being done.
The current pills do not cure but leads to long
term palliatives that are super profitable.
One thing I will never understand is why
some try to reduce anything to their level
at the expense of others.
There are millions of sites for self stroking
and mutual praise.
MHD was setup to provide "technical
information" that was sadly lacking when
it was created. God forbid that anyone mention
the FAQ's today. You know what, it was the
results of some unselfish EXPERTS that
were eons ahead of what of what most
of us will ever be.
Now it too filled with those that try to
reduce it to their ignorant level. Many
only have marginal knowledge and have
no business advising anyone. They give
advice with no knowledge of the other
poster. All they should say is their own
experiences, or general knowledge or
refer to competent sources.
Sup****t is offering help to a distressed person
or one with limited ability to function in this world.
It is not to trash them and make their problems worse.
It is not to sup****t a person way off base when the
reinforcement of their "crying" will obviously do harm to
them or their families.
People come here because they see the word DIABETES
and that implies competence.
The word TRASH is very proper. Bar Bums will always argue.
It does not change a single fact.
