Experiences?
I'm scheduled for hip replacement and starting one week prior
I have to stop taking Advil (pretty much all I take) and any other
NSAIDS, aspirin compounds, anti-inflammatorys.
So I said I guess I have to really hurt for a week, he says no,
what do you want? Vicodin, Percocet, and I don't remember what else.
I'm not really familiar with painkillers.
I've read the online descriptions, cautions, etc about drugs I've heard
about
but that ain't many. I've been taking advil, four at a shot, 3Xday. It
takes the edge off
but there is still lots left. I'm bone on bone in one hip and almost that
way on the other.
Any suggestions for pre surgery meds?
