Wow--he IS a big boy! Glad to hear he's thriving and doing so well!

I'm sorry you had such a rough recovery, Jocelyn! Hope the pain is much
less
now. It's funny that we don't hear much about vaginal birth recoveries,
yet
so many people go on and on about how difficult c-section recoveries can
be,
which causes many women to be afraid of having a c-section. Of course,
each
woman's experience is different, but both of my c-section recoveries were
fairly easy (much easier than your recovery sounds like it was!).
Another thing that you don't hear much about is the endless lochia in the
weeks following birth. I had no idea that both times I would bleed for
eight
freaking weeks afterward!! ;)
