My children rode both sides of the formula fence. Rachel we focused on
breastfeeding and she actually loved it. Ian, I had to focus on surviving
myself and formula was absolutely the best choice. But, there are still so
many expecting parents and new parents that don't know there are choices
in
feeding their newborn. Is breastmilk better? By research, yes. Is it the
best choice for everyone? No. It's like natural childbirth being
encouraged
as the best choice. But, c-sections are what is best for some of us. Me
included, both times.
I really feel that it is a rout for some people. Because that's the way it
has always been that's the way it should always be. But education is a
good
thing and evaluating your choices without closing your mind is something I
would encourage for everyone.
